Here at ReTwisted we want to assure you we are doing everything we can with regards to hygiene and cleanliness in the salon during these difficult times. If you think there is anything we could do different please get in touch.
Each section, tools & equipment are cleaned in-between clients and touch points will be cleaned frequently using Barbicide, Dettol and Clippercide.
We are washing and sanitising our hands frequently, wearing the correct PPE including type II mask and goggles. Each client is given a disposable towel and gown, so no need to bring your own. All we ask is you bring a mask or face covering with you and expected to put it on BEFORE entering the salon, if you do not have one we will provide one with a charge of £1 on top of your appointment.
We ask you sanitise upon entry and are required BY LAW to give your contact details towards our NHS Track & Trace system, or alternatively there is a QR poster for you to scan upon entry.
We will not be serving drinks at this time, however water will be available in disposable cups. If you wish to bring a drink with you, this is fine. There will also be no magazines for you to read, but we now have magazines available digitally by scanning a QR code that is on each station, or you can bring in your own magazine if you so wish but you must take it home with you.
